Reaching New Heights: Engineering Scotland’s Tallest Golf Range Perimeter
The Challenge: The client required a fencing solution for a high-capacity, triple-level golf range. The extreme height (53m) presented significant engineering challenges, particularly regarding wind resistance, foundation stability, and the tensioning of massive netting panels.
The SiteOne Solution: * Custom Tower Design: We deployed 17 specialised lattice towers, engineered specifically to support the weight and “sail effect” of 53m high netting.
Durability: Every component was hot-dip galvanized to ensure 30+ years of corrosion resistance against the Scottish elements.
